Czarina Hart is a New York City–based actor drawn to complex, perceptive characters who don’t reveal everything at once. Her work often sits at the intersection of dark comedy and grounded drama, where stillness and specificity carry more weight than overt expression.

She holds a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and has trained extensively in both Boston and New York, developing a performance style rooted in precision, restraint, and emotional authenticity.

Her recent film work includes By The Time The Light Reaches You, It’s Already Dead, Skullcaps, and Quincy Can’t Escape. On stage, she received an METG Acting Award for her performance in These Shining Lives.

Czarina is particularly interested in roles that explore intelligence, control, and the tension between internal experience and outward behavior—characters who are articulate, observant, and occasionally out of step with the world around them. Her work favors subtle shifts over overt expression, allowing complexity to emerge in unexpected ways.

In addition to her work in film and theater, she has experience in comedy and improv, and performs a range of dialects including British (RP), Boston, Brooklyn, and American Southern. She is available as a local hire in New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles.
